Centrifugal dehydrator is a device which uses the centrifugal force produced by high-speed rotation of internal cylinder to toss out the water contained. It is mainly used for dehydration of high-humidity materials.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Centrifugal dehydrator is mainly made up of rack, dry drum, electrical machine and brake. Put the material into the dry drum which is drove through belt by electrical machine to rotate in high speed and produces great centrifugal force, thus water is tossed out through small holes on the dry drum. Then the water is discharged altogether after collected. After dehydration is finished, it brakes. The machine stops running.
