Structure and principle of coal powder burner:
The raw coal of no more than 20mm granularity is injected into the host combustion chamber through a metal hose nozzle by the pulverized coal injection machine and lighted by oil gun atomized diesel. At the same time, the air blower blow air to the combustion chamber through the annular rotary air flue on the host back cover. The air rotates forward against the inner wall and entrains high-temperature smoke flow and burns strongly with pulverized coal. The high-temperature flame flow is injected into the heating furnace by the burner.
