Industrial triple-pass rotary drum dryer
Characteristics of our rotary silica sand dryer:

Operating principle of rotary silica sand dryer:
Rotary silica sand dryer includes heating furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, delivery pipe, dust remover and discharge port.
Wet silica snad is continuously sent to the drying cylinder by a conveyor. Hot air makes full contact with the material. Being delivered and scattered by the high-speed hot air, water in the wet material is evaporated. The silica sand gets fully dried in the rotating cylinder, thus the quality is ensured.
Application of rotary silica sand dryer:
Silica sand dryer of air flowing type is widely used in industries like straw briquette fuel, charcoal machinery, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, farming and animal husbandry engineering etc., such as the drying of agricultural fiber materials like maize straw, soybean straw, cotton straw, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wood flour, wood shavings, sawdust, ginkgo leaves, mulberry leaves.
